Any client who wishes to raise a complaint should contact our support team in writing, providing full details of the issue and any relevant account information.

We aim to acknowledge complaints promptly and to investigate and resolve them fairly and within a reasonable timeframe.

If a resolution cannot be reached directly, clients may be entitled to escalate the matter through the applicable dispute resolution channels.
